Ensure EK has a stronger voice in industry forums and is well represented on all key issues relevant to us in our sector, including taxation, competitiveness, consumer rights and subsidies.

The HR Advisor delivers HR advice and ensures team leaders within the business are aligned with the HR objectives for BP Oman. The HR Advisor will support line managers in undertaking appropriate reward, recruiting, performance management, organisation effectiveness, compliance, and disciplinary matters. Diploma / bachelors degree in Automobiles Engineering. Preference shall be given to a person associated with any tire sale chain. Fluency in English (written / oral) / ability to speak Arabic will be highly preferred. Must have Bahraini / GCC Driving license. Willing for the long term association with the Company.

5 years of relevant experience (such as advertising agency, media sales/marketing, event marketing, production, client side marketing).
Bachelor's Degree in business, communications or a related field, or equivalent combination of skills, training and experience is required. Detail oriented and comfort working with numbers (i.e. marketing budgets).
