• Minimum of MA /MS in the field of Arts or Science, preferably in education (Major in Science is a credit)
• Previous experience in educational administration not less than 3 years Previous participation in accreditation exercises
• Preferably overseas experience in education IB experience
• UK /US qualified

Bachelor’s Degree. Good command of English and Arabic languages. Minimum 10 years experience translating technical and legal documents from English to Arabic and Arabic to English.

Well versed in Administrative functions having worked in a senior level. Ability to prepare effective business correspondence in both English and Arabic languages. Proficient in Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point) with good typing speed.

Preference will be given to candidates who graduated from Medina University.

The candidate should be an English speaker, highly qualified in both languages and must have sufficient related experience.

1. Develop a functional design of proposed project through collection of information and data required to study the proposed project to satisfy actual needs of the end user.
2. Carry out project feasible studies to advise the Manager.
3. Prepare and develop a conceptual design of the proposed project to meet the requirements of the end user including cost estimates.
4. Prepare the tender documents that include scope of work, drawings, technical specifications and bill of quantities for contractors to understand the project better.
5. Undertake tender pre-qualification and analyze tenders for evaluation in order to recommend suitable tender. Also contribute towards tendering negotiations to award the contract.
6. Supervise implementattion of contract design, construction or surveying services up to project hand over.

• American Board, FRCS or equivalent
• With General Ophthalmic/ Emergency Room Training
• Minimum of three (3) years experience following Board certification or equivalent.
• Nationality: North American and European

• MD Degree from an accredited medical institution
• Appropriate specialty training
• Certification: American Board, FRCS, Saudi Board, or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience after completion of residency training.
