Keys and Responsibilities:- „X Full financial analyses, interpretation and recommendations on investment and real-estate development business plans, feasibility studies and other propositions „X Management of quality of data gathering and analysis process to ensure delivery of financial analyses and recommendations „X Procurement of third party data and information through secondary and primary research, and through a network of correspondents, to quantitatively support an investment and / or real-estate development recommendation „X Financial analyses conducted in the framework of different legal and funding structures, covering inter alia leasing, project finance, equity sources, LT debt, and other vehicles as may be appropriate per project or investment proposition „X Integration of financial analyses into recommendations that are fact-based, and supported by business evidence, highlighting risks and opportunities related to each proposition „X Involved in preparation of the periodic budgeting and forecasting process. Candidates must have the following requirements:- EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:- „X A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role, within a commercial bank, an investment company, or a real-estate company „X Understanding of the financial due diligence process „X Experience in the Middle East market in general and the GCC in particular with preferably with a major institution „X Presentation and report writing skills „X Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project and Outlook „X Full proficiency in the English and Arabic languages PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:- „X Minimum a Bachelor¡¦s degree with post graduate education / professional certification from a reputed institution in either one of the following disciplines: Economics, Business, Finance or Real Estate „X Preferably a Certified Financial Accountant (CFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) charter holder.
