Operational Tasks
- Reviews collected information and performs the needed assessment of opportunities in cities for petrochemical/ energy-intensive industries to promote and build out the cluster programs.
- Conducts research on current cluster performance and requirements, analyzes findings and provides superiors with information needed for the development of future plans.
- Coordinates with industries/ investors within clusters in order to obtain information regarding legal legislative and regulatory requirements, and provides superiors with information accordingly.
- Analyzes the technological performance of clusters from a technical standpoint, identifies potential for synergies and advises superiors of the same.
- Analyzes current roles played by stakeholders within clusters, and reviews the potential of stakeholders to play a role in executing action plans designed to mitigate risk and challenges within clusters.
- Implementation of department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Assists in development and implementation of business plans.
