• Two (2) year post high school Diploma in Secretarial Studies or any other related field (essential).
  • Minimum of six (6) years Secretarial (Medical) experience (essential).
  • Very knowledgeable of office practices, processes, and equipments (essential)
  • Proficient in MS Office software programs and applications and Internet applications (essential).
  • Typing speed of at least 60 WPM in English (essential).
  • Typing speed of at least 45 WPM in Arabic (for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant) (essential).
  • Proficient in composing reports, memos, spreadsheets, etc. (essential).
  • Ability to record and transcribe minutes (essential).
  • Outstanding oral and written English languages (essential).
