Essential Job Duties: 
         
The job is broad and covers various compensation areas including assisting in monthly payroll, benefits handling, working on People Soft system, conducting employee relations activities including understanding and communicating of policies.

·   Respond to questions related to: pay for new hires, promotions, equity adjustments for current employees, exemption status, position classification process, job evaluation, and pay structure.
·  Respond to external wage surveys.

·  Coordinate compensation & benefits survey.
·  Prepare reports and documentation regarding salary survey. Analyze data in order to evaluate effectiveness of procedures and processes and analyze data
·  Monitor national payroll Salary Planning Program
·  Develop Human Resources reports necessary for management to make effective placement, development and compensation decisions
