Deputy General Manager:
•    Good understanding of how to develop and implement business strategics
•    Ability lo work well with all levels of management and suppon staff
•    Problem-solving and conflict management capability
•    Experience preferably in FMCG distribution management with focus on deli\ering high standards of customer service.
•    Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and oilier performance data to measure performance and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction
•    A Bachelor's degree in business or in a related field
•    Completion of courses such as accounting, financial management or business law
•    Fluency in French and English languages is essential.

Sales Managers:
•    Developing sales strategies for the market to ensure attauuncnt of company s sales goals
•    Forecasting and budgeting
•    Participate in selling price strategy in coordination w ith the brand team.
•    dcutify new potential sales channels and customers to increase dtc company's market share.
•    Manage lite performance of sales force in achieving lite sales and collection forecasts
•    Developing and Closing deals w ith major customers.
•    University degree in Marketing & Sales or relev ant field is necessary
•    Expcricncc in sales management & proven ability to achieve sales targets
•    Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
•    knowledge of relevant computer applications
•    Good Command of French & English
•    Willingness to trav el and work vv ith a global team of colleagues.

Sales Supervisor:
•    Establishing and Improv ing lite sales and the exposure of the products assigned in given markets
•    Prep;ire sales action plans and scliedules
•    Prepare presentations and proposals of company s products to clients
•    Maintain sales activity records and reports
•    Ensure customer scrvicc satisfaction and good client relationships
•    Good sense of product quality and customer sen ice
•    Monitor and repon on sales activities in the market place to management
•    Develop and ntili/c sales and promotional materials to promote assigned products
•    Conduct market research and surveys to monitor competitors, and product development.
•    Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferable
•    know ledge of relevant computer applications
•    Experience in sales & prov en ability to aclucvc sales targets
•    Good Command of French and English

Brand Supervisor:
•    Developing business plans including marketing strategics & analysis.
•    Working closely w ith suppliers and the marketing team to develop suitable marketing strategics
•    Engaging and inspiring tlie sales and marketing team around the brand vision
•    Manage, and prepare orders vv ith suppliers.
•    The dev elopment of event marketing programs, including sponsored events, competitions, trade related functions, ctc.
•    Assists with establishing brand pricing strategies
•    Assists in establishing seasonal, annual, and long term sales forecasts and promotional budgets
•    A bachelor's degree an marketing, advertising, business administration, or a similar field.
•    Highly organized
•    Proficiency vv ith Microsoft Office software is essential
•    Good Command of English and French.

Experienced graphic designer - must love cartoons.
•    Collaborate and brainstorm with creative team from ideas and briefs to final product
•    Design and produce highly creative experiences
•    Develop sly Ic guides to capture ihc guidelines and principles directing the final visual design
•    Comply with company branding iIkiucs and standards
•    Stay current w ith marketplace trends, emerging design techniques and their application
•    3+ years experience is a must.
