1. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant
2. Develops and maintains the finance and accounting policies and procedures, and ensures that it is properly implemented across the company.
3. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions. Develop the annual operating budget and consult with departmental management on the fiscal aspects of program planning, salary recommendations, and other administrative actions.
4. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
5. Coordinates, supervises, and follows-up all financial, accounting, and budgeting activities
6. Provides financial advice to the management as related to new company investments.
7. Plans, directs, and controls the monthly financial and accounting work plan.
8. Provides monthly, quarterly and annual management reports to the General Manager.
9. Analyses operating costs and research a new sources of Finance, and new business opportunities.
10. Establishes, coordinates and administers an adequate plan for the control of operations including profit planning, programs for capital investing and financing, expense budgets and cost standards together with the necessary controls and procedures to effectuate the plan.
11. Analyses performance according to operating plans and standards; reports and interprets the results of operations to all levels of management in coordination with the Management Accountant.
12. Provides all departments with the necessary financial information to enable them to carry out their assigned responsibilities.
13. Ensures the protection of company assets through proper control procedures.
14. Maintains good business relationship with banks, suppliers, and clients.
15. Monitors and supervises the company’s cash flow plan and ensures maintaining adequate liquidity taking into consideration any provisions.
16. Reviews and submits accurate & timely management accounts, cash flow monitoring reports and forecasting
17. Reviews and maintains financial systems including revenue, operating expense, capital budget, and cash flow plans for all departments.
18. Develops yearly department budgets and organization budget based on overall plans of the organization, in coordination with the Manager/Director

a. Must have demonstrated managerial and supervisory skills, including a professional demeanor.
b. Financial analysis skills.
c. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees, including top, middle and supervisory levels of management.
d. Requires strong interpersonal skills.
e. Requires a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork.
f. Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
g. Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.
h. Must have good-level organizational and planning skills, so that workflow is managed efficiently and accurately.
i. Intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word and Excel, Outlook and other related applications.
j. Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
