1. Experience in office works for arranging proper filing system for the incoming and outgoing documents.
2. Receiving calls and arrangement of appointments.
3. Receiving the clients orders by fax, email, telephone, letters, …etc.
4. Submission of reports to the clients.
5. Maintain proper records of all documentation within the department.

Skills
1. Excellent in writing and speaking English
2. Familiar with computer and major software usage
3. Hold valid driving license is preferable
4. Experience: 5 ~ 10 years

Education
Bachelor or Master Degree in Administration.
