Qualification & Experience: Diploma Electrical / Mechanical with
minimum 2 - 5 years experience in Prduction. Location: Bahrain,Good
supervisory skills,Good leadership skills,Computer literate,
Knowledgeable of concrete products and machines, Capable of planning
production and handling employees and solving problems, Good English
communication skills & Excellent Computing Skills. Salary Range:
250BHD – 500BHD.
Supervising the production process and the employees work at site with regards to effectiveness and safety of the work.
-Weekly production planning with sales manager.
-Implementing the day to day production programme.
-Daily production planning with foreman.
-Arranging raw materials in daily and weekly base.
-Attending breakdown (electrical and mechanical).
-Arranging local spare parts.
-Preparing requisition for overseas spare parts and submitting it to production manager.
-Scheduling and arranging the employees shift wise and general.
-Maintenance of Aker labour camp.
-Checking and approving the finished product reports prepared by the foremen.
-Planning the leave for the employees.
-Following up the acquisition of raw material by coordinating with the purchase department.
-Thorough cleaning of machine before changeover from product to product or colour to colour.
-Monitor the consistency of the concrete coming from the batching plant.
-Keep the Manager informed of the daily activities and requirements.
-Safety representative for site.
