Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Ensure that the source of candidates delivers quality candidates. Recruit the right candidate for the role. Screen as per mandate, assess and evaluate candidates and present a final shortlist to the line managers. Also record and maintain data with regard to recruitment.
Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation & benefits based on the policy of the organization. Provide suggestions & recommendations to improve effectiveness of C&B i.e. increased employee motivation & satisfaction.
Performance Management: Manage employee Performance Company wide. Conduct monthly appraisals and annual appraisals. Ensure that all stakeholders participate in the appraisal process within the given timeline. Most importantly ensure that the appraisal is completed within the SLA.
Policy: Adhere to the HR policy and execute. Amend the policy in consultation with the management team and employees as and when required.
Employee Relations: Build trust and credibility with employees at all hierarchies. This position requires the candidate to take up employee issues and ensure that they are addressed within the SLA. The position also required that the grievance is given due attention and is resolved with utmost care and professionalism.
Training & Development: The candidate would actively identify training needs. And seek to provide training solutions through internal or external programs. The candidate will work with line managers and acquire feedback on training needs, also source information from appraisals, have one-on-one sessions with employees, etc.
HR Operations: Be in charge of managing leave, employee claims, recording and storing data, etc.
Projects: Undertake projects as and when required.

Skills
Education: A Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Business Administration

Experience: 3-5 years (At least 1 year UAE Experience)
