Role Purpose:
The Assistant Manager 2 is responsible for the various operations of a retail store, including customer service, productivity, profitability, training and development of staff, and control of expenses and shortages. They will report to Assistant Store Manager & Shop Manager for any requirements.

Key Responsibilities
:- Assigns employees to specific duties. - Responsible for work schedules, and controls break periods, work hours, and vacations   - Follows up on inventory levels and orders merchandise. - Prepares requisitions to ensure proper stock replenishment. - Ensure proper store image. - Train and educate his/her staff. - Delegate responsibilities between his/her staff - Responsible for meeting all budgetary items such as personnel expenses and sales, as requested by supervisor. - Responsible for the operation of his/her own section such as inventory control, and maintenance. - Answers customer's complaints or inquiries. - Opens, closes his/her section and ensures proper coordination with staff. - Sells merchandise.
