> experience in all types building projects whether housing or commercial
> With proven track record in similar roles (minimum 10- years) while performing architectural functions and working on medium to large scale building projects
> Extensive experience of using major international design codes and guidance documents relevant to civil engineering, including but not limited to British Standards, EU Standards, ACI, ASTM and ANSI and Saudi Building codes
> With knowledge of KSA or Middle Eastern design parameters, practices and cultural influences to architecture
> Recognizing the engineering offices and the contractors to nominate the best in terms of prices and technical quality and submitting it to the company board for reference and approval.
> Contracting with the engineering offices and the contractors and submitting it to the company board for reference and approval.
> Monitoring the progress of the projects taken over by our department, the completion schedules, delays, and the expenses incurred upon the project up to date.
> Monitoring the engineering design with the engineering offices to access the best architectural solutions and the least cost (value engineering) and submitting it to the company board for reference and approval.
> Making reports explaining projects’ work plan containing all the information that may interest the company board and to be regularly updated and submitted upon request.
> Revising the current contractors’ payment requests/clearances as per the contract conditions and verifying their validity before approval and submission to the company board for approval.
> delivering building projects from inception to completion covering interior, exterior and landscaping architecture
> An expert knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Google Sketch Pro and other industry standard CAD software
> excellent command on written and spoken English.
> experience of developing 3D animated, eye-catching and interactive presentations and experience of living or working in the Middle East
