Execute orders for Equities, Bonds, OTC and GDRS trades on behalf of AMG non-discretionary
clients across the MENA region according to client instructions or by apply the best execution
policy.;
• Execute orders for Equities, Bonds, OTC and GDRS trades with AMG approved brokers list in
additions to other brokers that are approved only for the non-discretionary business;
• Adopt trading strategies that effectively results in best execution, and minimum market impact;
• Co-ordinate closely with non-discretionary clients in terms for price and time execution,
implementation of trading strategies, reporting, in addition to any other related issues;
• Build excellent business relationships with leading regional brokerage and investment houses
including traders and sales trades in the UAE/GCC and MENA region to facilitate trade execution
and settlement, or any other related business issues;
• Report immediately to line manager or the Compliance officer any trading errors or any trading
difficulty or any other related issues that could put the client or NBAD at risk.
• Obtain information from Economic and Equity Analysts, and the market itself, plus own views to
obtain an up to date view of the market;
• Develop and maintain databases to track to trades (transaction records and confirmation),
commissions, profits;
• Attend sales meetings with FCIS and other departments in relation to non-discretionary
business;
• Corporate with FCIS in any other related to custody, client issues to have sales
experience;
• Supports Investment Advisory Services, AMG Marketing and FCIS in relation to marketing
and client services activities: typically building effective relationships with key nondiscretionary
clients to boost the sales of other Global Wealth investment products.
Skills
• Minimum B.S Business/Finance
• Professionally qualified with appropriate SII &/or CFA qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in institutional equities, bonds, OTC and GDRs in the MENA region and indepth
knowledge of the UAE/GCC financial markets, preferably in the whole MENA region.
• Successful completion of CFTe or CMT is an advantage
• Highly motivated, self assured with solid quantitative, and analytical skills, excellent
communication skills good team player
