• To market AMG’s Image & strengths with prime focus on Abu Dhabi and UAE
• To utilize local and global network and introduce and build profitable relationships for AMG
• To focus strongly on building AUM and revenues as expected by the AMG business plans and strive to exceed the targets
• To formulate client business strategy and marketing plans with the Head of Business Development & Distribution -AMG.
• To conduct business with highest standards as adopted by AMG
• To work closely with the entire AMG team and cooperate in team projects as and when required
• To conduct sales related activities in coordination with relevant sales support units, such as mid office, back office, Risk, Compliance, etc.
• To introduce newer ideas for business growth and participate with the senior members of the BD&D in the planning process
• To develop business from institutions and other investor’s and monitor clients' needs for asset management products and services.
• To develop a customer base either individually (own contacts), customer referrals or by customer allocation from within the bank.
• To update and monitor sales activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
• To provide high level customer service.
• To maintain strong focus on building new client relationships internally and externally.
• To participate in road-shows, internal presentations and seminars if required.
• To ensure completion of reporting as necessary.
• To attend to all other tasks as reasonably requested on an adhoc basis.
• To review/ revise sales team performance/ goals on a monthly (minimum basis).
• To adhere to the AMG standards while conducting various business activities.
Skills
• Track record of excellent academic performance from a reputable university. Preferably in business, economics, marketing or an MBA.
• Strong relationship management and new business development skills.
• At least seven years work experience in a bank, investment company or similar atmosphere.
• Ability to work independently and develop professional relationships while achieving target.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic, is preferred.
