o To market and promote Ship/Bulk Carriers leasing business in the UAE.
o To develop sophisticated lease products to cater to the requirements of lessees.
o To develop a satisfied customer base which reflects ADNL’s corporate policies and goals?
o To contribute positively to the bottom line of the company.
o To participate in the front-end improvement and quality initiatives.
Skills
? Must have over 10 years of experience in credit and marketing function of a financial institution preferably leasing with specialisation in the Ship / Bulk financing / leasing segment.
? Should be good with numbers and should possess sound conceptual knowledge about finance
? Should have a university degree from a recognized university with major in business/commerce/finance
? Should have command over different lease structures vis-à-vis conversant with relevant International Accounting Standards and GAP standards.
? Must be fully familiar with the bank’s credit policies, Government and regulators laws regarding leasing.
? Should have a sound credit knowledge including a thorough understanding of different types of leasing and factoring business and credit analysis. Detailed knowledge of local trade and industry, understanding of money and FX markets. He is also required to develop high level contacts in business/professional and banking communities.
? Should possess a pleasing personality.
? Should be reasonably proficient in MS Office with advance knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.
? Should possess leadership qualities to manage, guide, motivate and groom his team to derive maximum mileage for the company.
