Working for a well-known Digital brand, the E-Commerce Business Manager role involves analyzing metrics and data across Marketing and Product Management to provide insight into campaigns and Product Development to stakeholders within the business.

* Produce business cases and forecasts to support product or business development case
* Conduct customer value analysis and segmentation
* provide market data & insight generation
* Conduct Competitor Analysis
* Make recommendations as relates to Product Development and Marketing Campaigns to the business

Candidates for the E-Commerce Business Manager / role must have:
* Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements
* Experience of measuring the financial and performance metrics.
* Experience of commercial planning and reporting cycles
* Excellent communication skills to work with other teams and influence their strategies.
* Strong customer engagement or account management skills to work with partners and understand their needs and priorities.
* Ideally strong academics and an MBA, or alternative experience.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams including technical teams (web developers, database administrators, etc)
* Experience supporting, and presenting to, Senior management and strong stakeholder management
