Glitter today is the largest service provider across TPQ, with over 400 employees Island wide.
The company provides three essential services to The Pearl- Qatar: Facility Management, Security and Health & Safety.
The company’s vision calls for expansion aimed at meeting Qatar’s growing needs in the field of Facilities and Waste Management Logistics.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Maintain Employees data base and payroll files.
Maintain relevant register for employees’ entitlements.
Prepare/review calculation of leave, overtime, allowances, claims, etc.
Prepare monthly and final settlement pay runs.
Attend to all payroll related queries.
Assist HR Manager as required.
Assist Finance Department with related queries.

Skills
Strong Excel skills and attention to detail is a must.
Knowledge of Oracle and Similar software is essential.
Minimum of 5 years experience in a high volume payroll 500 plus employees.
