Work within the multi cultural Cast Department to assist in facilitating the production requirements for a large scale event.

REQUIREMENTS
Coordinate the communications between performers and functional areas
• Coordinate the registration of all performers which will include capturing all relevant details, ensuring all requirements are met
• Liaise with other cast department staff and internal functional areas and regarding dissemination all information required for large scale events
• Responsible for communications and phone log with Performers
• Attend cast rehearsals
• Responsible for data entry of cast information
• Assist the other departments with any tasks related to the Cast (costume fittings, props etc)

Skills

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
• Excellent computer and phone experience, preferably with database package
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Office Programs
• Excellent communication skills and able to motivate large groups and individuals
• Bilingual Arabic/Urdu and English. The candidate must be able to enter Arabic/Urdu data in English
• Good organisational skills
• Good with managing large groups of people
• Good multitasking skills
• Previous experience working in the event industry an asset

LOCATION
The position is based at our Doha office.

STATUS
Full-time contract basis, Sept 15th 2011 to 31st December 2011.
