· Work within the multi cultural Technical Department to assist in facilitating the Technical requirements for a large event.
· Work with international and local technical contractors to assist in managing the installation of Staging, Scenic, Lighting, Production Rigging, Audio and Special Effects Equipment.
· Assist in drafting and managing Technical schedules as required.

Skills

· Previous experience of working in the events industry.
· Knowledge of technical or staging equipment.
· Awareness of Health and Safety for events.
· Strong people management and leadership skills.
· Ability to deal with staff and contractors at all levels.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to work in a team.

LOCATION
The position is based at our Doha office.

STATUS
Full-time contract basis, 1st Sept 2011 to 15th Dec 2011.
