Key Areas of responsibilities
> Contribute to the definition of an ambitious development strategy and prepare plan of execution.
> Achieve economic as well as qualitative objectives ^ Preparation of Annual Budgets & Business Strategics
You must havv.
> Lebanese national.
> A degree preferably in Management from a reputed institution.
> Minimum 10 years proven expcriencc in scrvicc industry, preferably hospitality.
> Strong expcriencc in managing P&I. account
> Facilities Management background (education or professional expcriencc) is a strong plus.
> Fluency in English. French is a strong plus.
> F.xccllcnt commercial and PR.
> Good analysis of figures and budgetary cxcrciscs.
> Good knowledge of business environment and governmental procedures and policies.
