• A Technical Diploma Degree • Minimum Five (5) years experience • Demonstrated ability in providing leadership, achieving results and driving change is required. • The incumbent must direct and coordinate a team of highly skilled maintenance mechanics, electricians and instrument technicians to ensure all plant equipment is maintained and operating efficiently.

Skills • Demonstrated PC skills are required, including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS-Outlook.

Candidates from aluminum smelter industry would be preferred.
