- Reporting to the Senior Engineer/Engineer
- Lead a team of supervisors and technicians
- Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities maintenance activities including preventive maintenance and system upgrading/retrofitting (for appointments under Maintenance)
- Responsible for planning, execution and supervision of all facilities operational activities including walk-through inspections and corrective maintenance works (for appointments under Operations)
- Manage outsourced term contractors to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance works including system upgrading/retrofitting
- Responsible for achieving availability, maintainability, reliability and safety standards
- Conduct due diligence inspections of buildings and M&E/HVAC systems and submit report
- Liaise with Government departments for works coordination and technical clearances
Skills
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services) from a recognised university
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in facilities management and/or engineering design and maintenance
- Able to work Independently and posses good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills in English both verbal and written
