- Manage a team of building/engineering professionals
- Provision of facilities management services
- Provison of project management services for facilities renovation and upgrading
- Provision of facilities engineering services for M&E, HVAC,
building services operation and maintenance and uprading/retrofitting
- Establish and maintain technical competency levels for staff across all departments
- Establish and maintan quality service standards
- Coordinate and liaise with external agencies on new initiatives and major repairs and maintenance works
Skills
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Buidling Services ) from a recognised university
- At least 5 years working experience as Engineering/Project
Manager, prior to this at least 5 years in engineering design and/or
maintenance
- Able to work indepently and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
