Vacancy in Bahrain PRODUCTION MANAGER. We are a pioneering and leading signage solution manufacturing organisation with 15,000sm state of the art manufacturing facility in BAHRAIN. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our manufacturing operation, who has demonstrated capabilities that can unite and lead a diverse range of activities within our facility in BAHRAIN. In this position, reporting to the General Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring a culture of teamwork and success, focused on People, Delivery, Quality and Cost.
Your key focus areas will include:
* Foster and maintain a proactive team environment
* Embed and support a positive safety culture
* Drive productivity to ensure delivery to target whilst constantly developing improved methods and systems of work
* Ensure all Safety, Production, Quality standards are adhered to & sustained in the manufacturing environment
* Strive to continuously monitor and implement competitive manufacturing Excellence. You will be a key support to the shop floor and drive cost improvements, recommending corrective actions through your sound knowledge of manufacturing processes. Although hands-on expertise is required, you must be able to lift yourself above the daily routine and focus on strategic initiatives when required. You will enjoy working in a small team and being a natural leader. You will possess superior communication skill and coaching
ability. Proven people management skills and sound technical experience in a manufacturing environment is essential. Tertiary qualification in Manufacturing Engineering is essential and Post Graduate Business qualifications will be an advantage. A competitive tax free salary is offered.
