The jobholder is the coordinator for training for the Yanbu Power Dispatch function.
The jobholder reports to the Manager Power Dispatch, Yanbu.

The primary task is to coordinate all activities which ensure that Power Dispatch staff receives the required training based on needs analysis and data from career planning, manpower planning and the performance appraisal system.

The biggest challenge will be to coordinate the training strategy so as to deliver identifiable results to the highest technical standards.

Education:
Secondary school certificate
Preferably a professional HR or administration qualification

Skills:
Excellent computer skills.
Excellent Written and spoken English
Good knowledge of SAP software applications.

Experience:
3 years’ experience in an administrative role
