SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

Tasks and Responsibilities:
•    Provides onsite Technical Support.
•    Prepares for projects, technical studies, planning, estimation, and installation.
•    Follow up on Technical cases with customers.
•    Follow up on Vendors' contracts.
•    Reports to senior management for project progress.

Job Requirements
•    3-5 years experienced Computer Engineer.
•    Willingness to travel and work in o global team of professionals.
•    Experienced and certified for UNUX- Network Backup & Backup Solutions.
•    Knowledge in Oracle & SQL Products- SUN & SOLARIS, is a plus.
•    French is required- English is o plus.
•    Leadership competencies, communication and reporting.
