The Assistant Real Estate Manager is responsible for assisting the Real Estate Manager with acquiring suitable properties for the Alshaya brands & provide an internal Property consultancy service.

The Assistant Real Estate Manager role is based in Kuwait and reports to the Real Estate Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Real Estate Manager with Site Selection
  • Assist Real Estate Manager with Leases
  • Offer Property Consultancy Services
  • Liaise with Brand Managers
 Skills & Experience:
  • A property qualification (Chartered Surveyor or similar).
  • Minimum of 10 years in property management/negotiation specific to retail.
  • Legal training desirable.
