To provides administrative support to the maintenance operations and customer service by efficiently managing the call centre functions by:

  • Resolving and inputting client requests into tracking system according to established guidelines
  • Documenting all inquiries and service calls and assigns customer calls to Technicians
  • Following up and updating status of call in tracking systems
  • Maintaining maintenance of proper, accurate records, files, database
  • Recognising the image required as the 'front door' to the business
  • Establishing cordial relationship with clients and technical teams to provide excellent customer service
The applicant must be able to:
  • Convey information clearly and effectively in english language
  • Effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Identify problem issues and determine the appropriate course of action/redirection within department guidelines required to resolve issues
  • Resolve issues of conflict in a  professional manner and to effectively diffuse irritated callers
  • Operate with the minimum of supervision and take initiative within delegated boundaries
  • Remain calm under pressure, command respect, has the confidence of  colleague and can communicate effectively at all levels
  • Pursue high standards, embraces change, recognise and implement improvement opportunities and learn from experience
