Prepare monthly reports for the Top Management
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance
Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel, and housekeeping, in order to aid executives.
SkillsCollege degree with at least 3 years experience as Executive Secretary to GM or CEO
Fluency in English
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
Individual must be able to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands.
Individual must maintain a high level of confidentiality of all work related issues and information.
Excellent record management and telephone skills.
