Candidates must have:
• Bachelor's Degree as a minimum in Computer Science. Business or Finance, PMP Certification would be an advantage
• Three to Five year's minimum experience of project or program management in IT, Telecommunications or Banking projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Arabic and French are a plus).
• Strong personal skills and highly motivated.
• Flexibility to travel extensively within the region.
