A Recruitment Officer undertakes all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Operations team to identify recruitment requirements
  • Plan and implement recruitment campaigns to ensure all new hires are recruited on time for the business
  • Think of new ways to attract the best candidates to our businesses
  • Screen and select CV's to meet the requirements for current vacancies
  • Interview and select the best candidates for the final interviews with Operations Managers
  • Plan, organise and execute recruitment events including Open days and overseas recruitment trips with Saudi nationalisation requirements always in mind
  • Report accurately on the status of all vacancies and the progress of candidates to joining the company
  • Ensure top quality candidate care and onboarding practices are always followed
  • Provide advice to managers and employees on recruitment policies and procedures
Skills and Experience:
  • Held a recruitment or HR position in a medium to large company
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Retail Operations experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent spoken& written English essential
  • Fluent in Arabic (a Saudi national is preferred for this position)
  • Good Microsoft word and excel computer skills are essential
  • Experience of on line recruitment techniques and use of an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a definite advantage
