Qualifications
• Oracle/CRM systems competence, preferably in Oracle’s Siebel CRM
• Capacity to create CRM policies, procedures, generate reports, data entry and customization of different areas in the program
• Solid understanding of the different real estate business processes in relation to CRM
• Organized, focused and detail-oriented
• Should be able to work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision and with tight deadlines
• Preferably worked within a marketing department or customer service section
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• University degree holder
• Age range: 28-38 years old
