Manage and supervise all day to day of the external and internal communication activities
Key Responsibilities
• Develop corporate communication strategy, an integrated communication business plan and budget in line with Corporate Strategy.
• Define and update corporate communication KPI’s in line with Corporate Strategy.
• Develop/review polices, procedure, and processes for the corporate communication (external communication).
• Monitor all the media (on line and hardcopy) such as newspapers, magazine, websites and highlights all subjects that concerns GO.
• Coordinate public relations activities such as media events and trade shows.
• Arrange and implement social responsibility events such as community services and volunteer programs.
• Write and edit press releases, white papers, speeches, online communication and other related documents, in Arabic and English.
• Plan and organise the periodical internal communication of information, events, i.e. information sessions, internal forums, incentive days, celebration parties, etc. relevant to all employees, in addition to administering of internal communication survey.
• Maintain and extend an intranet presence for employees’ communications.
Skills
- BS/BA or equivalent in Communications, Public Relations or Marketing.
- 6 - 9 years of working experience in corporate communications or public relations in a corporate environment; agency experience desirable.
