Manage and Supervise all day to day activities of the Treasury section
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling overall treasury functions (control cash management, all payments and receipts)
- Attest and timely booking of all payments and receipt vouchers in the system.
- Monitor and timely action on all maturities of LC, LGs and draw downs.
- Assist in conducting Quarterly reviews and Audits.
- Supervise all bank reconciliation statements and vendor payments.
- Supervise finance store related issues and activities.
- Good knowledge of Islamic financing and investments
- Good knowledge of SOCPA / IFRS and Saudi zakat& tax regulations
- Good knowledge of LCs and LGs and assist in controlling all Islamic facility drawdown and rollover.
- Good knowledge of hedging /financial risk management.
- Good command on ERP system especially cash manager module with excellent computer literate (Excel, word and PowerPoint).
- Dynamic team leader and having good administrative skills and can work under pressure.
Skills
- CPA/CA
- Three years post qualification experience
- Excellent report writing skills and can control all types of reporting and schedules.
