• 3-5 years hands on experience in ABAP Programming in SAP ECC 6.0 in SD, MM and FICO modules, with strong analytical skills
• Broad ABAP experience in the following areas: Data Dictionary, BAPI, BADI, RFC, ALE/EDI, ALV, Classical and Interactive Reporting, BDC, SAP Scripts, Smart Forms, Webdynpro, Enhancements and User Exits, Interfaces, LSMW
• Demonstrated experience in developing custom IDOC interfaces and enhancing standard interfaces. XI/PI background preferred
• ABAP Development with BI skills
• Experience with ABAP Objects (OOP) a big plus
• Custom code performance analysis and tuning
• Develop Test Plans and automated scripts to assure expected performance quality levels
• Work with Project Management, Business, and user departments to develop specifications for system enhancements, and new development
• Support other applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
