Mechanical Engineer who can manage all aspects of quality assurance,
food safety, and regulatory compliance in production facility, including
the management of Quality Assurance staff.
Managing all aspects of engineering solutions, preventive maintenance,
and engineering projects raising the plant efficiencies, capacity and
GMP standards, including the management of engineering department staff.
1. Developing preventive maintenance plan for
mechanical components of equipments to optimize equipment reliability,
Holding the responsibility for timely and efficient implementation of
the plan and undertaking any amendment to the plan.
2. Ensuring compliance with all applicable environmental and safety
regulations during the performance of plant maintenance activities.
3. Developing annual mechanical components maintenance budget.
4. Ensuring the availability of required spare parts and managing their consumption in adherence to the budget.
5. Overseeing performance and delivery of third party service providers and subcontractors required for on-site maintenance.
6. Monitoring equipment performance and developing corrective action plans to reverse any deviation against agreed standards.
7. Providing specifications and technical support for spare parts internal or external sourcing.
8. Coordinating with the Engineering Manager and project manager in the
selection of new equipments and providing support to execute capital
projects and the installation of new equipments.
9. Initiating and participating in cost saving programs by optimizing and increasing the efficiency of equipment.
10. Ensuring the continuous induction of Moral and Motivation initiatives to ensure high productive and motivated teams.
11. Initiating training needs of the mechanical engineering team
resulting from either channel; performance appraisals outputs, or
technical training for newly introduced equipment.
