The QA Raw Material Controller has the delegated authority to monitor, check and record daily operations and
safeguarding of plants raw materials & product including warehouses.
Carry out testing, inspection and monitoring of incoming raw materials according to set standard and procedure.
Guarantee that all raw materials are duly checked in accordance with the set standard specification and procedures
from Quality Assurance department.
Collate COC /COA for all incoming raw materials.
Detecting, identifying and labeling of nonconforming materials and product and to recommend proper disposition.
Record any nonconforming products and materials according to the disposition, i.e. for product release or disposal.
Works closely with AJ CMP/EOE quality control personnel for the status and condition of the in-process raw materials.
Responsible for re-inspection and re-evaluation of all incoming raw materials that are found nonconforming to
AJ CMP/EOE standards.
Handle reports for submission to management on daily, weekly and monthly as deemed necessary.
Assist in plants products & raw material inventory procedure conducted monthly, semi-annually and annually.
Follow health and safety standards and implement good housekeeping inside and outside raw material and
product warehouses.
To carry out any task deemed necessary when asked by higher authority for the benefit of the business.
To assist in all maintenance activities when deemed necessary by Engineering Manager.
