Overall five years experience in the quality control field (three years in inspection specialty and three years in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical projects.
Good Communication Skills.
Fluent English Language.
• Ensure that the Project Quality Plan is adhered to throughout.
• Read and understand the Project Specifications?/?s and that all work is in compliance, with approved drawings.
• Raise and document site non-conformances and investigate the corrective action.
• Document customer complaints.
• Raise and implement Inspection and Test Plans for all activities in the Building and Industrial Sector.
• Raise site inspection sheets with check lists.
• Co-ordinate all site inspections and ensure that they are completed by the relevant personnel.
• Correct non-conformances found during the Quality Manager’s or Accreditation Company’s audits.
• Maintain quality records in an orderly and easily accessible manner.
• Ensure that incoming materials are adequately inspected and documented by the appropriate personnel.
• Oversee the Quality Assurance?/?l Systems of sub-contractors and ensure that they conform to specifications.
• Ensure that external and internal testing is scheduled, conducted and test results are reviewed for compliance.
