• BS in Engineering
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, problem-solving, and organization skills
• Previous experience in construction and in the GCC, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and Primavera
• Fluent in English – Arabic language fluency preferred
• Sequence tasks and create detailed task codes to track progress
• Develop a construction plan / schedule / budget which maximizes the efficiency of available resources of the projects to meet the needs of our clients
• Create schedules and establish baselines by identifying scope and work break down (WBS) /Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) in concert with Project Manager.
• Create hour and duration estimates
• Develop detailed project schedule and track progress
• Reviews and audit own schedules and contractor schedule and plans control procedures and practices.
• Participates in weekly project reviews / schedule meetings
• Perform Resource Loading / Leveling tasks
• Develop earned value reporting
• Identifies schedule trends and deviations and recommends corrective courses of action. Provide meaningful, accurate historical data.
• Develop cost estimates and identify variances and risk conditions
• Develop detailed project budgets
• Create detailed cost reports and cash flow projections for project teams
• Reviews drawings and quantities and ensures that the calculations are accurate for the work
• Ensures that requisitions for materials and equipment are communicated in a timely manner to Head Office
• Plans the work and efficiently organizes the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Ensures that levels of quality and safety standards are up to standards
