Acting as coordinator between the company and the outsourced Service Provider, understanding, communicating, and closely coordinating SAP Project implementation activities aimed at fulfilling the project related requirements on a team role. A part of the overall responsibility includes focusing on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structure

Duties & Responsibilities
o Coordinate the activities of an assigned SAP team in the various areas of SAP project systems to meet project needs, priorities and deadlines.
o Support SAP Program Manager in relation to OCM activities, focusing on people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
o Work with management on a supportive role to implement change management activities that identify and mitigate people related risks.
o Interface with functional unit process owners and users to identify, define and document operational needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements and levels of system access.
o Work closely with SAP program manager and support buy-in from process owners and end-users on proposed new business processes or changes to existing ones.
o Perform functional configuration tasks and tests the functionality of various SAP modules / project system modules from the development phase to the stage of final go-live.
o Interface with users to interpret and clarify functional configuration details and process change requirements for various modules.
o Prepare and communicate regular project status reports with project stakeholders and business process owners.
o Provide functional support to SAP Program Manager to review and evaluate project deliverables and timelines.
o Act as a liaison between process owners / end-users and SAP programming team in the analysis, design, functional configuration, testing and maintenance of various modules / project systems to ensure optimal system performance.
o Track and document changes in functional and business specifications and writes procedures that can be easily understood by end-users.
o Support SAP program manager to identify opportunities to improve business processes in partnership with process owners and management through information systems.
o Support SAP program manager to develop requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems and ensure that the system design fits the needs of the users.
o Identify business user needs, develop action plans, identify deliverables and present results
o Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring and coaching staff on complex matters related to assigned area.
o Provide post-implementation support by serving as a liaison to process owners and end-users to troubleshoot system problems and facilitate authorization of access to new users.
o Attend meetings and receive information and guidance from SAP Program manager; write reports, correspondence, documentation and presentation containing descriptive and evaluative contents with the primary objective of facilitating implementation of various modules / project systems
o Train users and support training in the use of various modules / project system functionality.

Qualification & Experience:
o Preferably a bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology from a reputed university and total 5 years system experience of which min. 3 years in the relevant area of coordination in SAP project implementation for a manufacturing industry
