1. Coordinates the management team in preparing the company annual work plan and reviews program work plans.
2. Monitor day-to-day fiscal operations relative to the annual budget and work plan including preparation of financial reports.
3. Identify opportunities to improve standards and practices either to improve operational success or to maintain accreditation status.
4. Regularly reviews facilities inventory that includes vehicles and some other related job and assets of operations.
5. Regularly reviews employee’s benefits ensuring that they are fair, current, relevant, and competitive with similar organizations.
8. Manages recruiting processes for vacancies and new positions.
9. Identify staff training needs and opportunities on an annual basis.
10. Works with other members of the management team with policies and standards, and practices that fulfill in the most effective manner the operational goals of the company.
