This position is responsible for providing overall operational workflow coordination and planning for the health systems services area to ensure maximum efficiency and outcomes.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
Coordinates and prepares routine readiness and quality assurance reports
? Generates reports and metrics to support and develop efficient workflow operations
? Analyzes and summarizes data to support and develop efficient workflow operations
? Performs continual quality assurance monitoring to ensure consistency and effectiveness
? Helps coordinate monthly financial reporting for end of month close
? Coordinates ambulatory pharmacy bulk compounding preparation

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Minimum of one (1) year experience as a hospital pharmacist in a short-term acute care hospital for In-patient Pharmacists or minimum of one (1) year of pharmacy practice experience, preferably in a hospital pharmacy for Outpatient Pharmacists:
? Completion of an accredited internship of minimum 1500 hours after graduation is required
? Ability to organize and coordinate projects across several departments and administrative levels
? Proficient in the use of PCs, spreadsheets and other databases
? Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
? Strong oral and written communication skills
? Ability to speak and write in English is required
? Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is preferred
? Health care industry experience is preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, or related field, is required
? Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is required
? MSc or relevant post graduate degree preferred
