Develop and formulate Quality Management System as per ISO 9001: 2008 requirements
Plan and execute Quality Assurance Programs in coordination with relevant departments.
Promote the quality culture in Network Planning & Performance departments through seminars, meetings, workshops and any other methods.
Implement Quality Policy and Procedures.
Maintain Quality Management Systems in all Network Planning & Performance departments through conducting Internal Audits on periodic basis.
Improve Quality Management Systems continuously.
Assist departments in preparing and updating Quality documents.
Train Teams with regard to Business Process Development and any ther Quality System requirements as per as per ISO 9001: 2008 standards.

Skills:
Ten years experience in Quality Assurance.
Certified ISO 9001 QMS Lead Auditor
Expert in ISO9001:2008 requirement.
Fluent in English and Arabic both oral and written is a must.
Good in operating computer (especially MS Office)
Independent, high initiative, self-driven person and able to work under pressure.
Able to work in team and excellent interpersonal skill.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business.
