Expert level understanding of IP/MPLS network planning including capacity planning
Deep technical knowledge of IP/MPLS networks including functional architectures, protocols (e.g., LDP, RSVP-TE, FRR, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, PseudoWires) and detailed design of these networks
Deep technical knowledge of IP addressing including IPv6
Knowledge of QoS techniques implemented in MPLS network
Expert level understanding of ISP related network components and planning
Expert level understanding of security requirements and implementation for IP/MPLS and ISP networks
Understanding Secession Boarder Controller- (SBC) role in data networks security and industry best practices.
Understanding of VoIP in a carrier network and the planning and architecting SBC and security related issues.
Extensive knowledge and experience understanding industry best practices on IP/MPLS and ISPs networks architecture and security.
Experience with closely related services and technologies such as VoIP (SIP), IPTV, Metro Ethernet, xDSL, FTTx
Produce IP/MPLS, IGW and Saudi Net annual plans taking into consideration security aspects.
Good knowledge of using planning, performance and monitoring tools such as OPNET Guru and InfoVista.
Develop feasibility studies for New Technologies
Preparation of CAPEX related to Data network related projects
Skills & Qualifications: Engineering Degree (Bachelor’s degree and up preferred)
Good experience in IP/MPLS and Security for at least 10 years (At least the majority with telecom operators)
CCIE and/or JNCIE
Excellent Presentation and Communication skills (English)
