•Over 10 years of experience in construction of Roads.
•Capable to take-up all engineering decisions including methods and materials to be used in construction including formwork /launching arrangements, etc.

•To plan the project to accomplish its goals and produce the products/services required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
•Ensure execution of the project as per plan while taking corrective actions when required, in order to complete the project within time and budget.
•To continuously monitor progress in terms of the status of the plan and the budget and report back to the CEO/COO via weekly or other progress reporting and by organizing and managing status meetings.
•Determine and implement the exact needs of the Client as per Contract and Specification. Leads project team through a regular system of contract reviews to identify and manage risks, monitor operational performance against the agreed timescales, and instigates corrective action where appropriate.
•Meeting with subcontractors to discuss technical matters and agree on timeframes, procedures and methods to be followed, and following up on their work progress on a regular basis.
•Ensuring that all operations are being held as per the standard construction methods and procedures and complies with standards and regulations, and taking all safety precautions, permits and licenses prior to work execution.
•Ensures effective control over cost during the execution of the project.
