Employee is responsible for receiving, recording calls from the users
and trying to fix technical problems over the phone. Work involves
routing problems to different sections according to the nature of the
problem. Work requires the creation of daily and reports and follow up
with the calling users.
* At least ( 3 ) years of related experience or Technical experience in solving hardware and software problems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English.
