To develop continuous improvement culture in Transport operation and optimize the resources and activities to achieve business objectives.

Areas of Responsibility

Implementation and follow up of corrective action for external and internal audits.

Maintain and review data collection systems, KPI information, and other statistical analysis and use same to drive corrective and preventive action

Monitor the above continuous improvement loop recording and reporting positive and negative progress.

Train and develop all staff on relevant AQS areas to drive change

Support and develop the Quality culture within to D & L section to increase employee awareness

Maintain specific, statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure complete compliance

Develop a culture to involve all staff member on continuous improvement activities in transport business

Carry out studies / projects to optimise the resources and manpower

Involve short term / long term budgeting process by analyzing forecast data and outcome of resource optimization projects

Plan internal GHP Audits and drive action plan to maintain set standards

Provide support services like pest control and laundry service through external contractor to maintain Almarai GHP standards.
