To manage a shift in the Transport Operations to ensure that the distribution of finished products to depots across KSA and Gulf is carried out in accordance with Sales Requirements, service level agreement, internationally recognized quality standards, ensuring 98% service level, ensure that all necessary resources are available and that activities carried out in a safe & efficient manner and supporting Transport Operations Manger to drive results through Continuous Improvement and Team work.

Areas of Responsibility

Health & Safety Accident Reduction: Create maintain and improve working practices within are of responsibility through leading by example by ensuring safety is at the forefront of every activity carried out.

Human Resources: Manage and optimise the department resources to achieve target by motivating the work force to meet current and future business challenges. Support the development of a succession plan targeting local employees for “key” department roles

Budget?/?g Cost: Ensure that while meeting or exceeding Transport Operations and Logistics requirements, Operating cost remain within budget and waste is minimized

Quality: Ensure Staff’s awareness of quality systems and standards are in place, and all staff adhere to then
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Ensure that work process are revised and studied thoroughly through total staff involvement in order to improve work efficiencies and environment

Service: Ensure that major resource requirements such as tractors, reefers and drivers are monitored and planned so that resource shortfall especially during peak sales period is avoided, ensure that products deliveries are achieved in accordance to agreed SLA with Sales Division
