What are my responsibilities?

  • Responsible for defining a service solution from SE portfolio that satisfies the customer's needs and business goals and return economic value to SE CoC.
  • Responsible for successful cooperation of different delivery organizations in designing the service solution design during proposal phase
  • Accountable for the proposed service solution for the customer
  • Consolidate technical design and ensure viability
  • Validates selected options, and identifies technical risks
  • Select solution to propose, decide on make or buy
  • Provide for demonstrations, site visits, and reference solutions
  • Identify, evaluate and select suppliers and sub-contractors; coordinate input to service solution
  • Liaison with appropriate product / service providers in order to ensure products / services can be delivered on time & in budget
  • Identify suppliers (internal, offshore, and external assignment process activity)
  • Assess and mitigate risks in connection with the service solution
  • Act as SPOC for Project Manager for all technical points related to the solution being implemented in relevant project
  • Support Sales/Pre Sales/Bid Team in technical presentations, workshops & technical section of offer preparation
  • Abide by and comply with the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
  • Always work and act as team player and constant sense of mutual support
  • Ensuring quality on the construction site including Nonconformance Reports (NCR)

  • Substation GIS / AIS, Protection and Control - Installation, testing and commissioning
  • Execute, understand and support site operations / commissioning management process and PM process
  • Leading team members; Knowledge sharing  

What do I need to know?

  • Able to work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures and backgrounds.
  • Sensitivity toward other culture/mentality in the respective regions
  • Experience in foreign countries with frequent contacts to customers and international partners.
  • Experience of living and working abroad
