Manage activities related to development, application, and maintenance of quality standards as per approved QC procedure, specifications, drawings and Inspection and Test Plans [ITPs].
    Manage and review all ITPs and method statements provided by subcontractors in conjunction with Contracts Manager/ Project Manager, as applicable.
    Ensure and document subcontractor's conformance to project plans and specifications through regular field inspections during construction and ensure that that subcontractor performs quality workmanship.
    Ensure that materials meet design & specification requirements and the Contractor complete all required testing, in conjunction with Contracts Manager / Project Engineer, as applicable.
    Perform periodic quality audits on sites to verify compliance and system effectiveness and submit monthly / periodic quality reports to the Contracts Manager/ Project Engineer.
    Review and recommend to the Contracts Manager / Project Engineer any rectifications or changes to the design plans/ specifications as necessary.
    Document and manage Company's existing systems and procedures, make recommendations for improvements and / or alternatives.
    Training and induction of newly joined QA/QC personnel and also recommend any external training that may required by the team.

Person Specification:
Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in handling prestigious interior fit out project.
3 - 4 years of  experience in construction industry.
Excellent people management and communication skills.
Attention to details and concern for quality.
